SoulFire - Heated Vinyasa - If you enjoy our Hatha classes, but want to flow a bit more, you'll love our Heated Vinyasa! Class is heated to 85 degrees...just enough to get you toasty, without overheating. This is a challenging class, but anyone can do it. Just remember to modify when needed.
SoulGentle - Gentle Yoga - This class is designed for beginners, or for those who are looking for a gentle practice. We will explore breath work, gentle movement, and observing and checking in with our minds and bodies.
SoulConnected - Hatha - This class is great for beginners who are just getting started on the yoga path, as well as those who have a regular yoga practice. We will CONNECT our breath with strength, flexibility, and balance as we flow through this teacher-led class. From those brand new to yoga, to seasoned yogis, everyone will enjoy the connected balance gained from this practice.
SoulSculpt - Yoga Sculpt - Blends traditional yoga poses with light hand weights to create a strengthening and calorie-burning practice. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes, so give it a try if you're looking to add something a little different to your routine!

You'll experience freedom and release in this non-heated class that blends the strength and challenge of holding stillness with the breath and the movement and freedom you get in a more free flowing vinyasa. SoulRestored - Meridian Yin - Blends the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Meridian system with the benefits of a slow-paced yoga practice. This class is teacher-led and designed to give the body time to unwind deep layers of stress and tension that may be contributing to energetic blockages or burnout. Because connective tissue is greatly affected by blockages and over-stimulated states in the flow of meridian's the Meridian Yin practice is perfect for cultivating balance, alignment, and a sense of rejuvenation.
SoulStrength - Slow Flow Vinyasa - This class is great for those looking for a non-heated Vinyasa with a series of flows that offer the opportunity to hold poses a little longer; building strength and endurance. This class is fully guided, but flowing on your own is always welcome!
