We've worked our way up to the Third Eye chakra (Ajna)! This chakra is represented by the color indigo and is located on the forehead, just between the eyebrows. Ajna chakra connects us to our "cosmic insight" or intuition. The Third eye chakra is associated with the pineal glad in the brain, and thus, the regulation of biorhythms, including sleep and wake time. The pineal glad also plays a role in perception and effect of light and altered or “mystical” states of consciousness. It’s positioned close to the optical nerves, and as such, sensitive to visual stimulation and changes in lighting.

Vision Board Workshop:
One of our strongest and most often used senses is our sight. We use sight to filter our external world, but it can also be used to manifest our deepest dreams and desires. The quote "keep your eyes on the prize" means more than just looking at what you want. It means using our ability to see clearly or visualize what it is we want and to anchor our intention in a way that helps us accomplish our dreams no matter how big or small!
In yoga the word "drishti" is used to express an experience where one fixates their external gaze on an unmovable point ahead of them. The student or practitioner then softens the gaze on this fixed point and allows awareness to shift inside. By setting our sights on the prize, an immovable point and using awareness to move ourselves forward we are able to manifest what we see and dream into our daily lives!
This workshop is designed to help you create the space for clarity and courage to call in your biggest dreams!
**Magazines, markers, boards, scissors and glue will be provided. Feel free to bring any personal items you wish to use on your vision board.
